Microfibre fabric that loads paint better than other woven fabrics and releases more uniformly so it doesn't require as much working out. Ultra smooth finish with no orange peel effect. Can be used on the widest range of paint types.

Premium paint review

Good quality paint and roller kit. Paint went down well and appears durable so far.
The light grey is very light in colour

COURIER DELIVERY

We provide free delivery on orders over £100 via a 2-3 working day courier service on all paints, sealers and coatings going to mainland UK addresses (If the items are needed urgently, email us during opening times and we should be able to organise express delivery for a fee).
For orders under £100 we have a one off charge of £5.50.
We also provide a quicker delivery service (1-2 working days) for a small fee of £9.95 per item.

PALLET DELIVERY
We now provide PalletForce as a delivery option for orders of 3 items and above. For orders of 3-6 items, delivery via PalletForce costs a flat rate of £50, for orders of 7+ items delivery via PalletForce is free.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times quoted are estimates, upwards of 97% of deliveries are completed within or before the estimated delivery window, however with every delivery company there is a small chance of a delay, which we will work to resolve swiftly if they arise, however we can not be liable for delays should they occur. The delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
We recommend you DON'T schedule a painter or decorator until the paint has arrived, couriers rarely make mistakes but they can happen, we won't be held liable for any costs incurred for re-scheduling.


ACCESSORIES
We offer 2-3 day delivery for all accessories for £5.50 per item, if purchased with any paint, sealer or coating the delivery is free.
A 1-2 day courier is available for £9.95 per item.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLES
Some addresses in the Scottish isles and highlands come with a surcharge, you can see from the diagram if your postcode is included.

 

COLLECTION DETAILS

Items can be collected from our depot at Laneham, Nottinghamshire (just of the A1) due to prior arrangement. During checkout, select "pick-up" as the delivery method.

Once your order is ready and processed you will receive an email from us confirming the item is ready collection along with the address, please bring the order confirmation, either printed or the email confirmation your phone. 

Please do not come and collect before you receive this email to avoid being told the items aren't ready.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 - 30 days depending on the circumstances. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is fine and you have just changed your mind.

If the item is defective you can return this for a refund within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be aware, if the item was ordered by mistake or the reason for return isn't our fault, we will refund you minus the amount it cost us to originally send the items to you.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

We can't issue refunds on custom colours as they were made specifically for  you, we can only refund if there is a problem with the paint not the colour.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk and send your item to:
