Ordering and Payment

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience, including PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, BACS transfers, and American Express. Our secure payment gateway ensures your transaction is safe and confidential.

Can I track my order?

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the whole of the UK including NI, we also delivery to Ireland and France. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

What are your delivery options and charges?

We offer a standard 2-3 day delivery service for free on orders over £100. For orders under £100, there's a nominal fee of £5.50. If you need your products sooner, we provide a 1-2 day expedited service at £7.95 per item. Bulk orders with more than 7 items qualify for free pallet delivery.

How long does delivery take?

  1. Our standard delivery service takes 2-3 days. If you opt for the expedited service, you can expect your order within 1-2 days. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

  1. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process.

How do you handle damaged or faulty items?

Yes, for orders exceeding 100 units, we offer custom colour mixing according to RAL and BS colour standards. This service allows you to tailor the product to your specific requirements, ensuring a perfect match for your project.

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

We value our bulk order customers and offer competitive pricing. If you're planning a large-scale purchase, please contact our sales team to discuss potential discounts and tailor a package that suits your needs.
