Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days) – FREE We offer completely free standard delivery to mainland UK on all items, regardless of the size of your order. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days) – £4.95 per item If your project is time-sensitive, express delivery is available for £4.95 per item. For a fast and accurate total on express upgrades, please use the delivery calculator available on the basket page before checking out.
We offer free pallet delivery on qualifying large orders of 7 x 20-litre tins or 14 x 5-litre tins and above. Orders under this threshold that require palletisation (via PalletForce) can be arranged for a flat rate of £60.
Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Over 97% of deliveries arrive on time or earlier, but occasional courier delays can occur. We will always work with you to resolve any delays quickly, but we cannot be held liable for them.
Important: We strongly advise that you do not schedule a painter or decorator until your order has physically arrived. Although rare, courier issues can happen, and we are not responsible for any costs incurred from rescheduling tradespeople.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. In some cases, larger or bulk orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Some postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Isles may incur a delivery surcharge. You can easily check whether your postcode is affected by using the delivery calculator on the basket page. Any necessary surcharges will be shown clearly before you check out.
We do ship to most international destinations. For a quote or further information on overseas delivery, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.
Collection is available from our depot in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire (just off the A1). To collect your order in person, simply select the “Pick-up” option at checkout.
Once your order is processed and ready, you’ll receive an email with collection instructions and the depot address. Please do not arrive to collect your order before receiving this confirmation, as it may not be ready. When collecting, please bring your order confirmation (either printed or shown on your phone).
While standard mainland UK delivery is free, you can use the delivery calculator on the basket page to check the exact costs for Express Delivery upgrades, pallet options, or Scottish Highlands surcharges prior to placing your order.
All orders are sent via courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any costs arising from incorrect usage of our products, including repainting due to an unsuitable product or incorrect colour choice. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the product type and colour are correct before application. If there is any uncertainty, we strongly encourage you to contact our technical team for guidance prior to use.
