PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
An oil ingesting solution for removing unsightly oil and grease stains from block paving and concrete. Excellent for oil and grease lifting from porous surfaces, such as paviours, slabs, drives, pathways and patios. 
Can be used prior to sealing with Everest Block Paving Sealers
 
USES
Excellent for oil and grease lifting from porous surfaces, such as paviours, slabs, drives, pathways and patios. Great for oil leaks from cars or grease spots from barbeques.
 
PREPARATION
Brush away any loose dirt and debris prior to application. Ensure the area to be treated is thoroughly dry.
 
APPLICATION
Shake well before use. Pour EVEREST OIL STAIN REMOVER on to the oil or grease stain, ensuring the stain is completely covered, don't over-apply the product, make sure the stain is covered with a thin coat. Simply leave until totally dry (minimum 3-4 hours). As soon as it's dry, wash it off. Cold or humid conditions will slow drying times. Once dried, the area should be swept with a stiff broom to remove the dried product. Hose down the treated area to ensure all powder residue is completely removed. For oil spills covering a larger area,  EVEREST OIL STAIN REMOVER can be diluted 1:1 with water. depending on the size of the area, a brush may be required to spread the product. A second application may also be necessary.
 
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces. Do not use if rain is imminent (protect from rain until dry). Do not use at temperatures below 5C or above 30C.
 
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in cool, dry conditions in a sealed container. Store between 5 C and 30 C. Protect from frost.

DISPOSAL OF CONTAINERS
Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to children, animals or the environment. Replace lids and remove any containers to a central disposal point in accordance with local regulations or send for recycling.

Please refer to separate material safety data sheet for full handling, use and storage instructions. Keep out of reach of children. It is the user's responsibility to determine suitability for use. If in doubt contact our Technical Department for advice.

DELIVERY POLICY

We provide free delivery via a 72-hour courier service on all paints, sealers and coatings going to mainland UK addresses. A 48-hour courier is available for £5.95 per item.
We recommend you don't schedule a painter or decorator until the paint has arrived, the courier sometimes makes mistakes.

ACCESSORIES
We offer 48 hour delivery for all accessories for £4.95 per item, if purchased with any paint, sealer or coating the delivery is 48-hour delivery is free.
A 24-hour courier is available for £7.95 per item.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Items purchased with 72-hour courier will be delivered will be delivered within 5-6 working days due to dispatch time.

Items purchased with 48-hour courier will be delivered will be delivered within 4-5 working days due to dispatch time.


SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLES
Some addresses in the Scottish isles and highlands come with a surcharge, you can see from the diagram here if your postcode is included.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 - 30 days depending on the circumstances. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is fine and you have just changed your mind.

If the item is defective you can return this for a refund within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be aware, if the item was ordered by mistake or the reason for return isn't our fault, we will refund you minus the amount it cost us to originally send the items to you.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

We can't issue refunds on custom colours as they were made specifically for  you, we can only refund if there is a problem with the paint not the colour.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
