PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Everest Trade - PremTex Ultimate Masonry Paint is a quick-drying, highly durable masonry paint with excellent colour retention. It protects and re-colours external masonry and rendering from all weather conditions and is even able to withstand coastal weather for long periods of time without any issue.
Available in both smooth and textured finishes. The textured finish will cover any small hairline cracks with ease.
Made from a premium all-acrylic resin, this paint won't crack, flake or blister, It's particularly suitable for use in extreme and changeable weather.
100% UV fade-resistant and contains a fungicide to inhibit mould and algae growth on the paint film which helps it stay cleaner for longer.
Its micro-porous breathable paint film allows moisture and air to be released.
Also ideal for use on breeze blocks, brickwork, concrete, wood and any other porous material. Can also be used indoors.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust and flaking paint.
Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp.
Remove any loose or flaking paint.
If the area you are planning to paint is a weathered powdery, chalky or dusty surface, we strongly recommend you treat the area with Everest Trade - Ultimate Exterior Stabilising Primer to ensure good adhesion of the masonry paint.
Can be easily applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer (textured finish can't be sprayed) to Exterior Masonry, brickwork, breeze blocks, wood and most other porous substrates. Can also be used internally to provide a more durable coating than most internal grade paints.
COLOURS AVAILABLE
White, Magnolia, County Cream, Classic Cream, Cornish Cream, Gardenia, Sandstone, Buttermilk, Terracotta, Brick Red, Post Office Red, Olive Green, Light Grey, Anthracite, Battleship Grey, Jasmine White, Black and all standard RAL and BS colours if ordered in bulk.
SPREADING RATE (Coverage)
Approximately 6 - 8 square metres per litre.
DRYING TIME
Under normal circumstances, it should be touch dry in 2 - 4 hours if well ventilated and conditions are dry. Add 1 hour to the drying times of the textured variant.
APPLICATION
Brush, Roller, or Sprayer. The textured finish is not sprayable.
Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment.
Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application.
Although this is a high-build paint and will usually cover the area to be painted in one coat, 2 coats are required to ensure durability and maximum weather resistance.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening.
THINNERS
Can be let down with water if needed. Not recommended unless spraying.

BATCH INFORMATION
We recommend ordering all the paint required in one order so you receive the same batch, Ordering on different dates will result in receiving different batches which may result in a shade difference.
This is fine if you are planning on using the different batches on different coats, However, it's not recommended to use on the same coat.
Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied, this is rare but can occur in times of increased demand due to the manufacturer running out of printed tins due to a large spike in sales. You can confirm this with the manufacturer.

Excellent products easy to apply and easy to clean
I purchased the paint as the rendering on my property wasn't looking that great and add to this we had a repair carried out that wasn't that good either.
Firstly the paint was delivered by a reputable courier and delivered in excellent condition.
On opening the box there was a smaller box containing the texture sand which needs to be added before mixing, luckily I have a mixing paddle and drill which I would recommend as the opacity of the paint is quite thick but once mixed well it is a smooth creamy paint.
On application the coverage is excellent it is not wishy washy and thin this paint has body to it, It is easy to apply and isn't hard work on the arms, I used just a regular roller and brush to cut in,
I covered the floor but there was very few drips or mess as the paint holds onto the roller so well.
The paint dried well and by the time I had reached one end of the wall I was able to return to the beginning and apply the second coat.
The final result is a nice uniform rich coloured textured coating that hopefully will last for many years, my colour is cornish cream applied over the same colour.
I used under half a tin for a 35 foot run of 12 foot high smooth render and there is loads left to complete the rest of the job.
Cleaning up was easy and the brush washed up well just with water.
I wouldn't hesitate to reorder this paint as it beats the regular brands by far I feel.

Excellent paint was so easy to use and gave a great coverage
This product will do what I want it to do
Happy with the Paint supplied, Phoned and asked for an extra Bag of the 'Non-slip' Grit as I wanted the Paint to be as 'Textured' as possible. I was sent 2 Extra Bags, so I mixed in the 3 Bags and not only did it thicken up the Paint but it also made it nice and Textured :)
A true olive colour and very good coverage
20 ltr tins good for larger jobs. Great quality paint. Goes on easily with either roller or brush.
Second delivery a bit slow had to contact you but quick response. In would have been better iif you had contacted us first to explain delay

I like the fact it's easy to communicate with the company.
The paint itself (anthracite masonry)is decent stuff..It does have more of a sheen to it than some other paints I have used.Although this is included in the company's description.
Having now applied the masonry paint and also the resin garage floor paint (on top of the sealant) I’m very impressed with the finishes. Using the recommended roller was a great help too - made the job a cinch! Many thanks

The paint is great and the colour is lovely, delivery was supposed to be 3 to 4 days which could've been delivered on a Saturday, but we received it Tuesday as there was a bank holiday, but all in all we love the colour which is more important, Thank You

Excellent quality finish and we are extremely happy with the paint. The house hasn’t looked this good in many years. Primed first even though it probably didn’t need to be. Very satisfied.
Colour as shown, good texture, easy to apply quick to dry ,all in all I would recommend this paint, the house looks lovely .

Love the Jasmine White colour which is a very subtle and very pale creamy white, which is exactly what I'd hoped. The textured paint is going on very well and giving good coverage. Recommended.
