RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 - 30 days depending on the circumstances. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is fine and you have just changed your mind.

If the item is defective you can return this for a refund within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be aware, if the item was ordered by mistake or the reason for return isn't our fault, we will refund you minus the amount it cost us to originally send the items to you.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

We can't issue refunds on custom colours as they were made specifically for  you, we can only refund if there is a problem with the paint not the colour.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk and send your item to:

Really pleased.

Bought to paint my stairs and really pleased with this product.

Formidable paint

Very good paint, applies easily and coverage is excellent. Unlike B&Q, screw fix etc. the colour range is great and the pricing is more than competitive, great product. The only downside on my delivery was the time span but perhaps it was the Christmas rush that impeded my delivery.

Fabulous waterproof finish

I’m really pleased with the finish of the Barn paint. The water repels off the surfaces. I have used on both wood and metal for outside garden items ( raised beds, summerhouse, ceramic pots, planters and Pickett fencing. Looks great and sophisticated in the dark grey colour. Easy to use but make sure you are in a well ventilated space. I’m just about to buy another pot. Reasonable price too

Gave it the jack test. Very impressed

Brought for my garage floor. The sealer is SUPER thin and soaks in well. I managed 2 coats from the 5 litre tin on a 5x4m floor span 24 hours apart, Then just over half a 5ltr tin on the grey top coat did that whole area twice and it went on very well. Took 2 days for each coat to go off but it was open to the air and about zero degrees. Did the ultimate test and dragged my meter long Heavy duty jack on it and all was perfect!! Very impressed will be buying more for the front half!
