Everest Trade - PremFlex Ultimate Asbestos Roof Paint - High Performance is a single pack, quick-drying, low odour paint and sealer based on an advanced high-bond, acrylic polymer resin which means maximum adhesion, high durability and great, long-lasting colour retention.
It can be easily applied to a wide range of asbestos roofing and cladding sheets. These are usually found on industrial buildings and older domestic garages. Our paint for asbestos roof sheets is an economical way to extend the life of your roof.
This paint offers damage-resilience, lasting flexibility and waterproofing.
If left un-coated or un-protected, water can begin to seep through the substate of the asbestos causing a range of issues regarding strength and water damage.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry and clean, free from dust and any loose or flaking paint.
If the area has any green moss, algae or lichens, it's recommended to apply a good quality roof cleaner containing a biocide to kill the growths before application to ensure proper removal.
Then wash the surface ensuring the roof is totally clean, dry and free from moss, algae or lichen spores.
Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp before application.
COLOURS AVAILABLE
Light Grey, Battleship Grey, Charcoal, Anthracite and Black as well as all standard RAL and BS colours if ordered in bulk.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES
This coating is fine for use on concrete roof tiles, concrete, clay roof tiles (except rosemary tiles), cement fibre, artificial slate and asbestos sheets & tiles. This product CAN'T be used on plastic tiles.
SPREADING RATE (Coverage)
Approximately 5 - 7 square metres per litre, per coat.
DRYING TIME
Under normal circumstances, it should be touch dry in 2 - 4 hours if well ventilated and conditions are dry.
APPLICATION
Brush, roller, or airless sprayer.
Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment.
Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening.
THINNERS
Can be let down with water if needed. Not recommended unless spraying.
SURFACE PREPARATION

BATCH INFORMATION (Important)
We recommend ordering all the paint required in one order so you receive the same batch, Ordering on different dates will result in receiving different batches which may result in a shade difference.
This is fine if you are planning on using the different batches on different coats, However, it's not recommended to use on the same coat.
Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied, this is rare but can occur in times of increased demand due to the manufacturer running out of printed tins due to a large spike in sales. You can confirm this with the manufacturer.

Using Everest’s Premex High Performance Ultimate Asbestos Paint I was able to breathe new life into this 1930’s garage gable end. Built of asbestos, it needed sealing properly and the paint went on effortlessly to give a great finish.
16x8 garage with asbestos roof that was getting a bit tired needed a good coat of waterproof paint, bought 10 litres of this stuff in battleship grey, first coat soaked in like a sponge, 2nd coat slid on nicely, mixes well with paddle mixer, had 2lt left over. Awesome stuff.
I don't normally bother writing product reviews but this stuff is amazing. Covers well, easy to apply and seals and waterproofs as claimed. This has transformed my garage roof from a moss covered wasteland into what looks to the untrained eye a new roof.

Does what it says on the tin. Needed our old shed roof sealing and painting. Researched products on internet and found this product which seals and paints in one go. Painted on using long handled brush, went on easily, covered well and looks like a whole new roof. Would recommend product and premium paints for their quick service and delivery.
