An oil-ingesting solution for removing unsightly oil and grease stains from block paving and concrete. Excellent for oil and grease lifting from porous surfaces, such as paviours, slabs, drives, pathways and patios.
Can be used prior to sealing with Everest or SummitSeal Concrete or Block Paving Sealers.
USES

PREPARATION
Brush away any loose dirt and debris prior to application. Ensure the area to be treated is thoroughly dry.
APPLICATION
Shake well before use. Pour SUMMITSEAL OIL STAIN REMOVER onto the oil or grease stain, ensuring the stain is completely covered, don't over-apply the product, and make sure the stain is covered with a thin coat. Simply leave until totally dry (minimum 3-4 hours). As soon as it's dry, wash it off. Cold or humid conditions will slow drying times. Once dried, the area should be swept with a stiff broom to remove the dried product. Hose down the treated area to ensure all powder residue is completely removed. For oil spills covering a larger area, SummitSeal OIL STAIN REMOVER can be diluted 1:1 with water. depending on the size of the area, a brush may be required to spread the product. A second application may also be necessary.
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces. Do not use if rain is imminent (protect from rain until dry). Do not use at temperatures below 5C or above 30C.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in cool, dry conditions in a sealed container. Store between 5 C and 30 C. Protect from frost.

DISPOSAL OF CONTAINERS
Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to children, animals or the environment. Replace lids and remove any containers to a central disposal point in accordance with local regulations or send them for recycling.

Excellent product. Had previously tried detergent and hot water, then a degreaser
on what looked like an oil stain. Somebody had driven on our drive and left a trail of ‘oil’. Two applications pretty much removed it.
It does take a bit of work once the remover has dried, used a patio cleaner attachment on a pressure washer to finish with.
Tried other products but this is the only one that actually removed the oil
So far so good - works in a completely different way to most old stain removers - I recommend it

This is an excellent product, it readily removes oil from block paving. Because it needs time to dry it is more difficult to use in the winter months.
I've had the product for some time now but await the other required items from another supplier. due to the current shipping difficulties. Therefore I have not had time to use the cleaner or the sealer to review its effectiveness.
As for the suppliers - Premier Paints, they did 'precisely what they said on their tin' . Easy to order and pay, reasonable delivery given the current COVID 19 restrictions, so perfectly happy.
Why not 5 * then? The extra one will have to wait until the job is completed although no reason to suspect it won't be earned.
