This FFJ Diamond Brush Set includes 5 brushes. The Diamond range of brushes use a 100% synthetic filament with a varnished American style wooden handle and a stainless steel ferrule. This is a superior brush range for a superb smooth and flawless finish.

DELIVERY POLICY

We provide free delivery via a 72-hour courier service on all paints, sealers and coatings going to mainland UK addresses. A 48-hour courier is available for £5.95 per item.
We recommend you don't schedule a painter or decorator until the paint has arrived, the courier sometimes makes mistakes.

ACCESSORIES
We offer 48 hour delivery for all accessories for £4.95 per item, if purchased with any paint, sealer or coating the delivery is 48-hour delivery is free.
A 24-hour courier is available for £7.95 per item.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Items purchased with 72-hour courier will be delivered will be delivered within 5-6 working days due to dispatch time.

Items purchased with 48-hour courier will be delivered will be delivered within 4-5 working days due to dispatch time.


SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLES
Some addresses in the Scottish isles and highlands come with a surcharge, you can see from the diagram here if your postcode is included.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 - 30 days depending on the circumstances. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is fine and you have just changed your mind.

If the item is defective you can return this for a refund within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be aware, if the item was ordered by mistake or the reason for return isn't our fault, we will refund you minus the amount it cost us to originally send the items to you.

We are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.

We can't issue refunds on custom colours as they were made specifically for  you, we can only refund if there is a problem with the paint not the colour.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@premiumpaints.co.uk and send your item to: Premium Paints Unit 4 TRANKER LANE Worksop GB S80 3LG.
