DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT
Le scellant pour béton Everest Trade Paints est un scellant à base de résine de polyuréthane à base de solvant avec une efficacité exceptionnelle. Ce scellant fournira un revêtement d'étanchéité transparent résistant et durable avec une finition satinée/humide.
Ce produit peut être utilisé à l'intérieur (bonne ventilation requise) et à l'extérieur sur des surfaces domestiques et industrielles grâce à sa base de résine polyuréthane très résistante.
Sa pénétration se fait par évaporation de solvant, pénétrant dans le béton pour protéger la surface des infiltrations d'huile et d'eau tout en protégeant la surface de la poussière.
100% résistant aux UVA, résistant aux arrachements de pneus et offre une haute résistance aux taches d'huile, à la circulation des piétons et des véhicules et aux dégâts des eaux.
Maintient la durée de vie du béton. Réalise des économies significatives sur toute la durée de vie et réduit la maintenance intermédiaire.

PROPRIÉTÉS SPÉCIALES
Il se nettoie facilement et résiste aux lavages réguliers. Résiste également à la plupart des huiles.
TAUX DE DIFFUSION
- Première couche : Environ 4 mètres carrés par litre.
- Deuxième couche : Environ 6 mètres carrés par litre.
Ceci est une estimation approximative et varie en fonction de l'état de l'allée et de la quantité appliquée à chaque couche.
TEMPS DE SÉCHAGE
Dans des conditions normales, il est sec au toucher en 4 heures environ.
Ne pas conduire sur la surface pendant 24 heures après la dernière couche.
APPLICATION
Appliquer au pinceau, au rouleau, au HVLP conventionnel ou au pistolet airless.

Nous vous recommandons d'appliquer 2 couches de ce scellant pour une performance et une finition optimales.
PRÉCAUTIONS DE STOCKAGE
Conserver à l'écart de la chaleur et des flammes. Fixez le couvercle entre les utilisations pour éviter que la peinture ne durcisse. Conserver à l'abri du gel.
DILUANTS
Les diluants ne sont pas nécessaires avec ce produit, utilisez du white spirit ou une brosse exclusive pour le nettoyage.
PRÉPARATION DE SURFACE
Assurez-vous que toutes les surfaces à sceller sont propres, sèches à 100 % et exemptes d'huile et de graisse et qu'il y a quelques jours de beau temps afin qu'il n'y ait aucun risque de pluie pendant l'application.

Used the product on concrete drive damaged by salt/grit used during snow period. The drive was damaged and erocing at various places. Used the Everest Trade - Concrete Sealer and it appears to have stopped further erosion. The damaged area still needs to be repaired by applying new concrete, even in patches if not resurfacing the whole drive.
Absolutely over the moon with how it has covered. Only put one coat on and have enough left to cover the whole area again next year excellent service thank you so much.

After FedEx damaged and wouldn't deliver or even update me or premium paints my phone call to premium paints put my mind at ease. They replaced and delivered it all in two days.The concrete sealant was easy to use. It did a good job on resealing my resin drive and my imprinted concrete back patio and path. A good product and good customer service.
No problems went on a treat
I’ve only just used the concrete coating. It applied to the ground easily. I’ve done two coats and time will tell, how good it actually is. It’s too early to comment on the performance.
Needing to seal my aging concrete slab paving, I searched for a quality product and quickly found Everest Polyurethane Resin Sealer. I applied it with a roller and although some areas needed three coats, I was very pleased with the results. I wasn’t looking for a low priced product and after reading the reviews decided this was the right purchase. It is easy to apply and dries fairly quickly leaving a satin finish. I wish I had found this product sooner!! I recommend this unreservedly.

The tin container that the product was shipped in was really battered, looked as if it had been dropped. Hasn’t leaked though, delivery was quick.
Slightly runnier than I imagined. Two coats applied and two days of dry weather followed. Leaves a nice finish. Only concern is that after rain came, there are some opaque patches. Hopefully it is not letting any water through but only time will tell.

Yet to use it as temp still below 10C on days I was free to apply it. Garage still needs to be emptied as well (house move)

Perfect product did the job 100% highly recommended it
60sqm of concrete patio, cleaved with diamond grinder and applied with a brush to a great wet look finish having used nearly all of the 40lts. 1st coat 1l per 4m, 2nd coat 1l per 5m and so on. Unfortunately where we are it hasn't rained since application but with the uniform finish I believe it will have done and good job to the extent that i am going to order another 20l for a second area I have to do.
Having used a more costly product in the past I thought I would try this sealant which was cheaper by far The result was just as good and it covered a greater area Very pleased with the result and would recommend it
Great product especially when following instructions. I had a concrete base 23x12 sand cement top screen which was dustier than should have been.
Used a water sprayer to apply to coats, sceptical though hope full. The last two 2.5 litre’s thought was a good idea to pour neat over area that was breaking down most 3 x foot square areas.
When dried heavy foot traffic took no toll over all areas sprayed 2 Coates,, unfortunately the area dumped the 2.5 litres neat over broke down heavey to an inch deep but sealed nicely any rain water just pooled. Finished off with self level cement and sprayed an all good.
Trust the product, follow the instructions & will do the job stated.
I chose the PP sealant for my large, imprinted concrete driveway primarily for the stated greater durability of this PU-based sealant over acrylic-based alternatives. Clearly, only time and cars across the drive will tell whether this is proven. I applied the first coat yesterday, thankfully with fine weather all day as it took a long time for the sealant in the deeply imprinted pattern to evaporate fully. I was impressed with how quickly the sealant could be applied and the relatively low odour of the solvent. I wore a PP2 mask, but on reflection, it wasn’t really necessary. This morning my driveway looks excellent, and as good as new. The finish is quite glossy and feels really hard. I hope it isn’t slippery when wet or in the winter. Today I intend applying the second coat. I have used a lot less of the sealant than I had anticipated, but this is probably down to the drive had been sealed before. The bonus is that I will now have enough sealant to seal my patio at the back of the house.
Excellent product but beware, you may need more than you think. 10 litres should have been enough to provide two coats on my garage floor (25 sq mtrs), but I ordered 20 as it was much cheaper on a per litre basis. Good job I did, the garage floor needed 5 coats before it was fully sealed, not an issue with the product, just an extremely porous concrete floor, I used all 20 litres !

So easy to apply and creates a great finish. Our drive looks like new and for such a reasonable price
Delighted with the product. After cleaning the drive we used the sealer, applying two coats. It was easy to spread, dried well without any bubbles of varnish which has been a problem faced in the past and has given an excellent finish to the drive.
