We carefully price our delivery services just below our actual cost to send the items, ensuring you receive fair and transparent pricing every time you shop with us. It’s our way of making sure that you get more value for every pound you spend without compromising on service quality.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLES 
Some addresses in the Scottish isles and highlands come with a surcharge, you can see from the diagram here if your postcode is included.

Additional Charges

Please note that additional delivery charges may apply if the goods are to be sent to any zone other than zone A and B (Refer to the diagram below).

Delivery Details

All orders are sent by courier and will require a signature. 

We strongly advise you don't schedule a painter or decorator until the paint has arrived, the courier sometimes makes mistakes.

We send overseas on most items, Please contact us for more details.

Tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched. 

Bulk orders may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

Collection Details

Items can be collected from our depot at Tuxford, Nottinghamshire (just of the A1) due to prior arrangement. During checkout, select "pick-up" as the delivery method.

Once your order is ready and processed you will receive an email from us confirming the item is ready collection along with the address, please bring the order confirmation, either printed or the email confirmation your phone. 

Please do not come and collect before you receive this email to avoid being told the items aren't ready.

Delivery Liability

We are not liable for any costs associated with incorrect product usage, including but not limited to the costs of repainting, resulting from the use of incorrectly supplied or verified products. It is the customer's responsibility to check and confirm the suitability and color of the product before use. If there is any doubt about the product's suitability or colour accuracy, customers are urged to contact us directly for verification before proceeding with its application. We shall not be liable for any errors, misapplications, or consequences thereof.
