Maintenance Information

To maintain peak performance and extend the life of your SuperFinish 21 Pro HEA, it’s crucial to clean the unit thoroughly after every use. Begin by removing the suction hose from the paint source and placing it into a container filled with the appropriate cleaning fluid—water for water-based paints, or solvent for oil-based materials. Activate the sprayer and hold the trigger open to flush the entire system until only clean liquid flows through the hose and gun. Make sure to direct the waste into a suitable disposal container.

Next, remove the spray tip and tip guard from the gun. Soak them in cleaning solution and gently scrub off any paint residue using the provided cleaning brush. Run more clean fluid through the gun itself to ensure all internal passages are clear. After the gun is cleaned, rinse the suction set, return line, and inlet filter thoroughly. Check for any clogs or buildup in the inlet and outlet valves and clean them if necessary.

Wipe down the external surfaces of the sprayer using a damp cloth, taking care to avoid excessive moisture near the control panel and electrical components. Once all parts are cleaned and rinsed, circulate a final flush of clean solution through the system to remove any last traces of material or solvent. Allow all components to air dry completely before storing.

If the sprayer will be out of use for more than a day, consider running a protective storage fluid—such as Wagner’s Pump Protector—through the unit to preserve internal seals and prevent corrosion. Proper daily cleaning reduces wear, ensures a consistent spray pattern, and minimises the risk of downtime on site.

Just GET it, get it now!

I do a lot of painting and always appreciate a good product. THESE are great products.
Firstly, order and delivery was fine, though when I opened each tin and took in the delicious smell, I thought to myself ‘well that will never wash out in soapy water!’ (Both the primer and paint wash out COMPLETELY easily in soapy water, in fact some days I didn’t even bother with the soap!)
I started weeding and repointing my ugly slabs in May. Having no way of using a pressure washer, I scrubbed down them twice using plain water with a squirt of Fairy liquid. (I live on a beach so the floor gets pretty filthy, pretty quick.)
Seeing a break in the weather of ten days or more, I chose to paint this week and the whole experience was trouble free. I used one coat of Everest Trade Concrete Dustproofer/Floor Primer and two coats of Anti Slip Ultimate QD Concrete Floor Paint & Sealer in brick red.
This paint is SO easy to use. The primer looked a little flimsy at first glance, a little bit ‘meh’, but BOY does it do a good job! The paint stayed consistent to the bottom of the tin and went on wonderfully. You’ll NEED good weather and you’ll NEED a clean surface but if you’ve got both of those, all you’ll need to turn an ugly yard into a garden is these two products.

Fantastic Sealer

My Garden concrete floor was extremely dusty so I decided to use the sealer which was the best decision I have made and I have saved £££. I applied the sealer with a brush but found that using a cheap pressure sprayer was more effective and efficient.

Moreover the customer service was excellent I would most certainly recommend the product.

Wow!

Exactly as it says on the tin!

I am a pretty seasoned DIYer and after some research on the web, and amongst those I know have painted garage floors I steered clear of those products that most likely with "domestic" use would not stand the test of time. Wearing through in walkways, tyres scuffing through the finish... I have only had this finish completed a few weeks, the rich thickness and texture indicates a solid product for what I needed...the caveat, if you could call it as such is the system itself...it proved wise for me to add the paddle stirrer and extra roller heads to the order, because the contents must be thoroughly stirred before use, a total doddle with a power drill set to slow! The rollers became disposable after each application removing the chances of spills and a pretty noxious mix having to be disposed of correctly..all in all a very bright super workspace as a result...
