Wagner Red Air Cap – Precision AirCoat Control for Solvent-Based Spraying
The Wagner Red Air Cap is the go-to solution for decorators seeking ultimate control when spraying solvent-based materials. Engineered specifically for Wagner’s AC 4600 P spray guns, it delivers fine atomisation, enabling clean lines and smooth finishes on detailed surfaces such as cabinetry, trim, or custom furniture.
This cap provides optimal spray quality at low air pressures, making it ideal for achieving premium results in high-detail and finish-critical applications. It's easy to fit and built to withstand the rigours of daily trade use.
Wagner AirCoat Manual AirCap Technology for high-grade coatings. In the AirCoat process (Airless + Air) the spraying medium is surrounded by an additional jacket of air. This air is fed through the central holes in the aircap arranged directly on the spray jet and once again optimises the atomisation result
- At a relatively low pressure (from about 40 bar, depending on the material) the material is uniformly atomised.
- Thanks to the reduced over spray there is a considerable paint saving compared with the airless process (up to -15%) and conventional air atomisation (up to -40%).
- The shaping air, which is adjustable on the gun, makes it possible to adjust the spray jet width optimally to the requirements of the user.
- AirCap LV Red – for use with Low Viscosity material. Ideal for Solvent Based material.
- AirCap HV Blue – for use with High Viscosity material. Ideal for Water Based material.
- AirCap Green – for use with both Solvent & Water Based material.
