Ein Anti-Rutsch-Additiv aus hochwertigem mikronisiertem Polyethylen, das speziell dafür entwickelt wurde, Ihre Oberfläche weniger rutschig zu machen. Der Anti-Rutsch-Zusatz sollte der letzten Schicht hinzugefügt werden. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Spezialprodukt, das für das bloße Auge unsichtbar trocknet.

Product Overview:
SummitSeal Anti-Slip Additive is crafted from premium micronized polyethylene, designed specifically to enhance the grip of surfaces treated with Xylene-based sealers. This additive is to be incorporated into the final coat, offering a specialised solution that dries invisibly, ensuring the original appearance of your surface is maintained. Ideal for making concrete and block paving less hazardous, it provides a fine sandpaper-like texture without altering the visible finish.

Preparation:

Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants. This will facilitate optimal adhesion and effectiveness of the anti-slip additive.
Stir the Xylene-based sealer thoroughly before use to ensure it is well-mixed.

Mixing Instructions:

Gradually add 400g of SummitSeal Anti-Slip Additive to each 20 litres of Xylene-based sealer. Adjust the quantity in proportion if using different volumes.
Stir the mixture slowly but thoroughly for at least 5 minutes to ensure the additive is evenly distributed throughout the sealer. Avoid vigorous stirring to prevent creating air bubbles in the mixture.

Application:

Apply the mixed sealer to your surface using a suitable sealer applicator. Ensure even coverage for a consistent finish.
The anti-slip additive should only be added to the final coat of the sealer. If multiple coats are required, apply the base coats without the additive.
Work in manageable sections to maintain a wet edge, preventing overlaps or marks.

Drying Time:

The drying time may vary depending on weather conditions and surface porosity. Typically, the surface should be touch dry within hours but avoid heavy traffic or re-coating for at least 24 hours to ensure complete curing.

Safety and Cleanup:

Use protective gloves and eyewear during application.
Clean tools and spills with Xylene or a suitable solvent immediately after use.

Storage:

Store the additive in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Just GET it, get it now!

I do a lot of painting and always appreciate a good product. THESE are great products.
Firstly, order and delivery was fine, though when I opened each tin and took in the delicious smell, I thought to myself ‘well that will never wash out in soapy water!’ (Both the primer and paint wash out COMPLETELY easily in soapy water, in fact some days I didn’t even bother with the soap!)
I started weeding and repointing my ugly slabs in May. Having no way of using a pressure washer, I scrubbed down them twice using plain water with a squirt of Fairy liquid. (I live on a beach so the floor gets pretty filthy, pretty quick.)
Seeing a break in the weather of ten days or more, I chose to paint this week and the whole experience was trouble free. I used one coat of Everest Trade Concrete Dustproofer/Floor Primer and two coats of Anti Slip Ultimate QD Concrete Floor Paint & Sealer in brick red.
This paint is SO easy to use. The primer looked a little flimsy at first glance, a little bit ‘meh’, but BOY does it do a good job! The paint stayed consistent to the bottom of the tin and went on wonderfully. You’ll NEED good weather and you’ll NEED a clean surface but if you’ve got both of those, all you’ll need to turn an ugly yard into a garden is these two products.

Fantastic Sealer

My Garden concrete floor was extremely dusty so I decided to use the sealer which was the best decision I have made and I have saved £££. I applied the sealer with a brush but found that using a cheap pressure sprayer was more effective and efficient.

Moreover the customer service was excellent I would most certainly recommend the product.

Wow!

We have tried everything to make our patio look nice. I then came across this paint and saw the reviews which looked to be good to be true. I can honestly say this paint is amazing! Exactly as it says on the tin!

I am a pretty seasoned DIYer and after some research on the web, and amongst those I know have painted garage floors I steered clear of those products that most likely with "domestic" use would not stand the test of time. Wearing through in walkways, tyres scuffing through the finish... I have only had this finish completed a few weeks, the rich thickness and texture indicates a solid product for what I needed...the caveat, if you could call it as such is the system itself...it proved wise for me to add the paddle stirrer and extra roller heads to the order, because the contents must be thoroughly stirred before use, a total doddle with a power drill set to slow! The rollers became disposable after each application removing the chances of spills and a pretty noxious mix having to be disposed of correctly..all in all a very bright super workspace as a result...
