Ein klares, einkomponentiges, niedrigviskoses, eindringendes Staubschutzmittel für Beton, das in den Untergrund eindringt, die Oberfläche versiegelt und Staubbildung verhindert und sich gleichzeitig perfekt als Versiegelung/Grundierung vor dem Auftragen von Everest Floor PU eignet Lacke mit hervorragender Haftung für nachfolgende Decklacke .

Dieses Produkt verringert das Risiko einer Delaminierung aufgrund der schlechten Durchdringung schwerer Decklacke.

Geeignet für die alleinige Verwendung als hochwirksames Staubschutzmittel und Hochleistungs-Betonversiegelungsmittel oder mit unseren „ Everest Trade Polyurethane (PU)-Bodenfarben “ zur Grundierung der Oberfläche zum Streichen. Kann auf blankem oder lackiertem Beton verwendet werden. Nicht mit wasserbasierten Acryl- oder Alkyd-Bodenfarben verwenden.

VERBREITUNGSRATE (Abdeckung)
Ungefähr 6–10 Quadratmeter pro Liter und Anstrich.

Dies variiert je nach Zustand und Porosität des Betons.

TROCKENZEIT
Unter normalen Umständen sollte es bei guter Belüftung und trockenen Bedingungen innerhalb von 4 bis 6 Stunden berührungstrocken sein.

Warten Sie nach dem letzten Anstrich mindestens 8 Stunden, bis die Grundierungs- und Versiegelungsfarbe von Everest Trade Paints vollständig vom Beton absorbiert und getrocknet ist.

ANWENDUNG

WENN SIE DIESES PRODUKT ALS EIGENSTÄNDIGE BETONVERDICHTUNG VERWENDEN:

Tragen Sie 2 Schichten auf. Tragen Sie dünne Schichten (50 Mikrometer pro Schicht) und gleichmäßig auf und achten Sie darauf, dass sich das Produkt nicht ansammelt oder zu viel aufträgt. Wenn eine dunkle Oberfläche mit höherem Glanz gewünscht wird, kann eine dritte Schicht aufgetragen werden.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust and flaking paint.
Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from condensation and dampness.
Remove any loose or flaking paint.

Power-floated and self-levelled floors need to be etched before application of any floor paint, this can be done with an acid etching solution or using a floor grinding machine.

APPLICATION
Apply by brush, roller, conventional H.V.L.P or airless spray.

Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment.

IF YOU'RE USING THIS PRODUCT AS A FLOOR PRIMER/SEALER PRIOR TO APPLICATION OF POLYURETHANE FLOOR PAINT:

Apply 1 coat to bare concrete areas. Apply the coat thin (roll coat out) and evenly, trying to avoid any pooling or over-application.

IF YOU'RE USING THIS PRODUCT AS A STANDALONE CONCRETE SEALER:

Apply 2 coats. Apply coats (50 microns per coat) thin (roll coats out) and evenly, trying to avoid any pooling or over application. A 3rd coat can be added if a dark, higher sheen finish is required.

Excellent base coat

Applied this product to concrete garage floor before painting with Everest garage floor paint. Followed the instructions closely and it did exactly what was expected. Coverage was good. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely use Everest products again in the future.

Great Floor Paint & Sealer

Purchased the sealer and the paint ( Feb 23 ) in non slip red for a small concrete shed floor / outbuilding. Used a brush for the sealer which went further than expected. I mixed the paint using a paddle and used a 12 inch med pile roller to apply which went on a treat. Waited 48 hours as it was cold to apply 2nd coat. I have since put together two sets of industrial shelving in there and no paint came off so even though only been a few weeks I am well happy with it and will be doing my garage floor in summer with the same.

Good stuff

30 year old concrete slab. Hired a diamond grinder to prepare the surface. Then used the primer (single coat) followed by 2 coats of the polyurethane. Looks great.

Great coverage and colour

Make sure you give it a good stir or you’ll end up with a watery start and a tar like finish. It’s thick boy!

Outstanding well priced product

Excellent product very easy to use, we used our order on a shop floor, butchery, and walk in fridge, excellent coverage both primer and paint, double coated paint and was exactly what it said on tin non slip. This covered a concrete floor that had previous floor paint from local b and q which had worn thin within weeks. Excellent product would definitely use again and highly recommend

Quality product

I bought the primer/sealer and paint for my concrete garage floor. It arrived 6 or 7 days after order. Primer was simple to use and the smallest sized tub covered my single garage easily. Primer didn't require any stirring prior to use. I bought the largest sized cauldron of paint thinking the smaller size wouldn't cover the dimensions, but I used far less than I thought. Excellent coverage and I have enough left to paint most of the garages in the neihbourhood.
I used the light grey paint and I am really impressed with the results. It makes the garage look much brighter than the horrid cement dust coloured floor. I would definitely recommend these products and I would use them again.

Great Service

Purchased Everest Trade PU concrete dustproofer, sealer and primer and Everest Trade grey garage floor paint. A two stage process. Looking forward to getting this down. A failure by the courier let the owner Billy and his team down, but the problem was resolved after Billy personally made a 200 mile round trip delivery to sort it. COVID-19 is putting pressure on the delivery companies no doubt. Will post before and after pictures on a Google review next week.

Just GET it, get it now!

I do a lot of painting and always appreciate a good product. THESE are great products.
Firstly, order and delivery was fine, though when I opened each tin and took in the delicious smell, I thought to myself ‘well that will never wash out in soapy water!’ (Both the primer and paint wash out COMPLETELY easily in soapy water, in fact some days I didn’t even bother with the soap!)
I started weeding and repointing my ugly slabs in May. Having no way of using a pressure washer, I scrubbed down them twice using plain water with a squirt of Fairy liquid. (I live on a beach so the floor gets pretty filthy, pretty quick.)
Seeing a break in the weather of ten days or more, I chose to paint this week and the whole experience was trouble free. I used one coat of Everest Trade Concrete Dustproofer/Floor Primer and two coats of Anti Slip Ultimate QD Concrete Floor Paint & Sealer in brick red.
This paint is SO easy to use. The primer looked a little flimsy at first glance, a little bit ‘meh’, but BOY does it do a good job! The paint stayed consistent to the bottom of the tin and went on wonderfully. You’ll NEED good weather and you’ll NEED a clean surface but if you’ve got both of those, all you’ll need to turn an ugly yard into a garden is these two products.
I really hope the pictures speak for themselves.

Fantastic Sealer

My Garden concrete floor was extremely dusty so I decided to use the sealer which was the best decision I have made and I have saved £££. I applied the sealer with a brush but found that using a cheap pressure sprayer was more effective and efficient.

Moreover the customer service was excellent I would most certainly recommend the product.

Wow!

We have tried everything to make our patio look nice. I then came across this paint and saw the reviews which looked to be good to be true. I can honestly say this paint is amazing! It has transformed our patio with just one coat. We chose dark grey and the colour is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Exactly as it says on the tin!

I am a pretty seasoned DIYer and after some research on the web, and amongst those I know have painted garage floors I steered clear of those products that most likely with "domestic" use would not stand the test of time. Wearing through in walkways, tyres scuffing through the finish... I have only had this finish completed a few weeks, the rich thickness and texture indicates a solid product for what I needed...the caveat, if you could call it as such is the system itself...it proved wise for me to add the paddle stirrer and extra roller heads to the order, because the contents must be thoroughly stirred before use, a total doddle with a power drill set to slow! The rollers became disposable after each application removing the chances of spills and a pretty noxious mix having to be disposed of correctly..all in all a very bright super workspace as a result...
