SURFACE PREPARATION
Before applying BRICOAT Ultimate Brick Sealer, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any loose or flaking material. It's important to remove any algae, moss, or contaminants to allow for optimal adhesion. For new render systems, ensure they are fully cured before application.
APPLICATION
BRICOAT Ultimate Brick Sealer can be applied using a roller or sprayer, depending on the specific requirements of the surface and user preference. For a uniform application, apply evenly across the surface. The product is touch dry in 2-3 hours and achieves water resistance within 24 hours.
